This home originally had a Dryvit finish, better known as Stucco, which had not been properly flashed or sealed. Due to water damages caused by faulty installation, the exterior required removal. The homeowner chose to update their home by using "Heritage Stone" provided by "Discount Developers". To complement the existing color palette "Seneca Dry Stack" was used. Noticing that there was still something missing we removed the outdated round fluted columns and replaced them with a more modern "Square Atrium Column".
