No demo reno? I'm always up for one of these! It is such a great way to update without breaking the bank. This family with two littles was looking to update their kitchen, laundry and powder rooms and furnish their living room with kid friendly everything. We redesigned the fireplace mantle while we were at it, too!
Oh what fun!




We stayed in the footprint of the kitchen and resurfaced the range hood, cabinets and island with new doors, drawer fronts and island posts. New tile, countertops and lighting always glows things up, too!

Same in the laundry room!

In the powder room, we added wallpaper, new lighting and a ready made vanity. Easy peasy and so pretty!

For the living room, adding performance rugs and fabrics allows them to relax and enjoy their pretty new furnishings. Oh, the mantle was redesigned as well since we have the trim carpenters in to re-do all of the cabinetry. Why not?! And, drapery really softened and elevated this space.
