Kalamain Construction is proud to have collaborated with Storagemart to bring to Zimbabwe the first affordable storage facility in the country. Drawing on international expertise, Kalamain Construction collaborated with the client to design this facility, working together from concept to completion. This industrial project included the completion of 97 storage units of varying sizes and a second story of 25 cast concrete vaults. The roofing was completed using the innovative Zip-Tech Roofing material set at a 2 pitch. installation of a complete security system. Additionally, this facility is completely off-grid, running on solar energy panels installed on the roof. We look forward to seeing this concept grow in Zimbabwe, and hope that Storagemart’s success reflects the cutting-edge workmanship of their facility.
