Ashby Collective had the unique experience of working on this magnificent property for a second time. Remodeled in 2012, the original client sold their home to another client of Ashby Collective. The current resident of Stratford Hills desired to modify the layout for their larger family including expanding the kitchen area, adding a wine room, remodeling the main bath, and converting the outdoor patio into a family room. The exterior façade and landscaping was also re-designed to breathe new life into the home.
