This was a stucco frame-out, that was not done properly. The wood rotted this area from the inside. Tore out all traces of wood and filled the void with cement block, then filled the block and topped with stucco adding a slight slope for drainage. Exterior had stucco redone and was retextured to match existing. Decorative border was later added. Customer elected to repaint the area herself.
