This Studio apartment had been rented for several years, but the up keep was not always the best. After the previous tent left, the owner wanted to update the apartment and bring it up to date and market rates. Holes were all over the walls and ceiling, cracks in the wall and previous patchwork was evident. We went through and repaired all the holes cracks and previous repairs so they are now not seen. New paint, vanity, light fixtures, windows, and floors. We are currently updating the kitchen cabinets by painting them a cool gray color to break up the white, and will be installing a new sink in the new butcher block counter top. New blinds will finish off the windows and quaint studio apartment will be ready for the market.
