This project is a complete renovation and 1200 square foot second-story addition to a one story 1940’s California post-and-beam house in Studio City. The renovation and addition were thoughtfully woven together, with access to the outdoors serving as a key consideration throughout. The addition includes a gym and two bedroom suites, each with its own covered deck that takes advantage of the pool and mountain views beyond.
