Our clients on this project were looking to spend more time in their condo in Warren and hired us to expand it out and up three stories to allow for more useful room and functional space. We completely gutted the existing property with new kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems, electrical, lighting, masonry chimney, and more. The end result is we completely updated the 70's era ski condo to a modern, hip condo fitting for the amount of time they will be spending there now.
