Summer Cottage
Sited on its own small peninsula, this cottage renovation was designed to honor the best features & massing of its original 1930s Sears Kit House structure. Facing strict local and state requirements, the 1,718-square-foot, year-round, 3-bedroom home retains its unique, 3-fireplace core from its predecessor. Maximum light was achieved through the offset room design, while built-in furniture, including the window seat, a kitchen pantry, and a desk alcove utilize the best of tight spaces.
