With a home that reflects the unique characteristics of its owners, the project consisted of a complete renovation with an addition. Exterior detailing was designed with an aim to keep it minimalistic, so that it would adhere to the style of surrounding homes in the neighborhood.
The interior was designed around the client’s existing furniture collection, which varied greatly. Inside, the home reflects
a mix of mid-century modern; bold colors, unique lighting fixtures and acrylic baluster railings with classically styled 1920’s woodwork throughout. A new open concept kitchen was created with a minimal aesthetic and color palette to create a distinct transition from kitchen to living spaces.
