Located at the base of the Snow King Mountain Resort, this quiet site in East Jackson had an existing home built in the 1940s that was to continue serving as the main house. The owner, a Jackson native, came to us looking to build a detached guest house and garage. Due to the restrictive dimensions of the site, a stacked design was implemented, with a garage base serving as a pedestal for the two bedroom apartment above. An open floor plan provides ample room for entertaining while embracing the view of the slopes to the South.
