Sunhill Renovation

Alair Homes took home the CHBA Alberta Award! Recipient of the Award for Best Renovation over $500k.

This home was a complete renovation and rebuild that took a total of 10 months until it was complete. It boasts a brand new 6550 sq ft with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms along with a 25 ft vaulted ceiling. It has a unified blend of traditional craftsman style and modern and transitional. The new home has a pleasant welcoming and almost as if it is offering you complete comfort.

Regardless of the landscaping that isn't quite completed, the end result of this renovation is amazing! Taking a look at the before pictures and seeing the end result, really makes you appreciate the time, effort and care that was taken to revive this family home!

Our first glimpse into the finished home. What a grand entrance! The chandelier, the wall detail, the custom decorative mantle, the great front doors from the inside. The craftsmanship and details are well enhanced within this foyer.

This being more of a design element shot, we can still appreciate the detail in the materials used in this kitchen. The combination of the marbled quartz with the rustic grey leather chair is like mixing sweet and salty. A great blend with a punch of edge in the chrome studs.
