This entry was in need of a modern touch. My clients did not want to enter their home and stare at a closet. We kept their storage needs at the same time adding a decorative element to the space.

This simple renovation involved changing out the cabinets/counters/backsplash and floors. All utilities/plumbing stayed in their original location to keep cost down. One big change was the opening of one wall to create an island like space *see other images*
