--Framed in under the old 1st level windows to close the opening to allow for better use of the space – installed new aluminum framed black slider windows
--Raised height of patio door – new black patio door to exterior
--Raised floor height in sunroom in order to match finished floor height with new flooring in sunroom
--(3) new wall sconces
--New hardwood flooring in sunroom and loft – main house flooring will be refinished at future date to all be the same
--New modern railing overlooking sunroom from loft
--Painted beams black and new railing to detail the space
--New screens for attic window on top level
