For this beautiful pied-à-terre in Miami's Sunset Islands, Jaegger opted for a minimalist approach featuring sleek, low furnishings and open connections. She also maximized the expansive views of the canal just outside. A palette of warm browns, tans and rusts adds a sense of vibrancy without overwhelming the space.

Jessica made sure to focus on all the details of the design, especially when square footage was limited, despite its small size and an interior column that divided the living and dining areas.
