Sutcliffe Residence

Inspired by regional vernacular forms and simple living, this new residence is clad in standing seam Galvalume with an 8' band of charred cedar wrapping the first floor. The open plan has views to the east of the Ozark mountains through floor-to-ceiling glass. The main level consists of a spacious master bedroom suite and an open living, dining, and kitchen with 21' ceilings that spill onto an 8' x 23' exterior balcony. The owner is an avid landscape photographer and is able to enjoy the beautiful Ozark mountain landscape from the comfort of their living room.
