Sweetan Street Remodel

This costal casual remodel was a huge facelift for this home in Irvine, CA. Redesigning all the main features such as the living room fireplace, staircase and family room entertainment center created a huge impact on the look and feel of this house. Staying within a transitional design scope, there wasn't an inch of this house untouched.

Clients dining room with custom dining chairs. Marble and metal round dining table with modern round chandelier above. Entire space has new paint and new carpet.

Dining room buffet with custom blinds and drapery panels. Extra dining chair is shown to bring in to table when needed. Sideboard is wood fluted with storage and has a metal inset top.
