Created a new floor plan, added square footage for an additional guest bedroom, gym, larger expanded open kitchen/dining and family room area, bathrooms redesigned and closets. Added raised ceilings, expansive 15' Bi Fold Doors to exterior enlarged patio for outside eating/bbq and walkway designed to enter to private beach area, outdoor shower and storage created. Selected/specified all finishes, including Interior/Exterior Paint, roofing tile, doors & windows, ceiling detail in local wood planks, redesigned driveway/walkways and new property private entry gate, cabinetry, electrical/plumbing specifications, added laundryroom w/storage and work counter space area, specified and selected appliances, including range hood oven, sink, faucet, wine refrigerators, ovens/stove top. All new counter top surfaces, back splash, all related construction and building specs. Worked directly with Architect and Contractor via Skype to complete the Remodel. Ordered, coordinated and Shipped all Materials from CA to Tahiti.
