Custom bathtub created from a 5 1/2 foot clawfoot tub using real wood from an old tree in Genoa to replicate stone with a root like is found on the side of an exposed stone wall. The process involved applying a rust encapsulator on the entire exterior, applying foam and imbedding the wood into the foam. The exterior is then coating with a fortified plastic cement and finished with a specialty faux stone finish and clear coated for protection.
