The Tallus Residences is a private gated community with 19 premiere residences. Comprised of three different model types, each residence is approximately 4,500 square feet. Built in a mountain resort community, the overall design blends modern and mountain rustic to create luxurious and comfortable spaces. For this project, it was all about the details.
