The existing house was a very unattractive two story box. Exterior improvements were made including extended roof eaves, room extensions with gable details and picture windows. The porch was continued around the West side and an outdoor fireplace added on each of the two balcony levels as well as a pizza oven. The addition included a master bedroom wing, guest bedroom, music room and large wine cellar.
