Tchefuncta Club Estates

An Aging in Place Resident needed a new exterior paint scheme, landscape planning and to downsize household. Using Benjamin Moore Paint, a softer palette for this traditional home was created to compliment the updated landscape and new gardens.

Seating areas on the front porch and gallery provide comfort outdoors. Bushes in front garden were trimmed to create modern forms and allow better viewing.

This Potager Garden incorporates companion planting of vegetables, herbs and flowers for controlling pests naturally and optimal growth of plants. A walk path allows access to garden rows. This garden is placed in the front yard which encourages visits from neighbors and makes sharing fun.

An herb garden was created in the box planter outside the kitchen window for convenience and viewing from inside.

An authentic sugar kettle was converted to a fountain to give this patio a soothing water feature. Home owner's collection of bonsai plants adorn the area. A hammock and swing set placed in the yard give admirers a view all around.
