Eastside Bond is the first apartment complex of its kind. The owner and developer, Steve Mosites, was creating a 360-unit complex and did not want to spare a single expense! With this being said, he also wanted to make the best first impression when it came to the temporary leasing office. Naturally, he turned to Weisshouse to help him achieve this goal. Similar to the building’s make up, our design team needed to create that was sophisticated yet urban feel; like the two Pittsburgh areas the complex rest on.
