About the Project:
After a few years of moving into their suburban home, this family was ready to get their dream backyard. The house came with an existing deck and pool, but it was ready for a facelift. Our designer worked closely with the client’s wish list and style to create a brand-new design, custom tailored to their lifestyle. We used a modern design style finished with mild steel planters complimented by rough cut timbers to transition into the style of the house. This beautiful back yard is complete with multiple sitting areas, fire pit, a change room / play room for the children, a sunken hot tub with a roof, and an additional pergola with a shade FX cover. Its safe to say that this backyard has all the things on most wish lists crossed off!

Site Challenges:
Old electrical panels required a lot of upgrading to power all the features
The existing pool location forced a creative design layout to fit all of the features
A harsh hit before project completion and our carpenters worked through the winter
Large amounts of concrete forming for structural strength of raised patio as well as decorative walls
