It's an entire porch teardown and rebuild. We are keeping with the craftsman look and adding some architectural accents that will keep it in line with the neighborhood and modernize the building (new lighting, custom corbels on the pillars etc.) The two guys in the photo are Darren and Rick. They are demo-ing the porch right now.

New IPE fencing will be going up to replace the old rotting cedar and stock metal. The house is getting repainted by 'A fresh coat' and custom painting for the porch is through Plum Painters.
