Located in Chicagoland, The Alter is a sophisticated approach of reimagining archetypal architecture into timeless proportions by revealing the potentials of the spaces, pushing the boundaries of their functions, and inspiring an elevated lifestyle.

We redefined the spaces through a gut-rehab construction to create the ultimate functions through open spaces spaces. Walnut cabinetry, natural stones, and high-end finishes are intentionally selected to create harmony with the existing architecture.
