Probably the most luxurious address in South Beach. MCX Construction was in charge of the Design-Build of two wonderful units in the building. We modified the original layout of the units and design architectural millwork to provide custom ambiances and worked with a selected team of multi trade contractors to deliver high detail finishes, automation, audio and video installation, and elevator foyer customization, among others. The result was a very classy residence with a very sophisticated detail throughout.
