When I first walked into this basement last year, it was a massive wide open unfinished space being used as a large storage room. We converted that basement into a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1 bath, legal rental suite!
This was an extensive project that also involved reconfiguring the staircase to the main floor, relocating the entire mechanical and heating system.
We provided floor plan options, followed by construction and permit drawings.
These clients were amazing to work with and it was inspiring how they rolled with every new covid protocol thrown our way over the entire course of the project. We had top notch contractors on the team!
The tenants have already moved in and love their new space.
