This home had two complete bathrooms in this 1940's home that were extremely small. The homeowner had three main objectives: #1 encompass the entire space of 13' X 9' by removing the wall between the two bathrooms and make one bathroom. #2 have the bathroom accessible to the guest bedroom so that that the bathroom would be an extension of the guest bedroom sanctuary. #3 To have the bathroom functional for the grandchildren without having the room filled with toddler paraphernalia. The grandchildren have a built in pull out step and a mountable hand held shower on a slide. The shower has a his and hers side. The floor is heated. The built in fireplace provide ambiance. And the storage is accessible only from the commode. The acronym for this project, BOG, is Be Our Guest Bathroom.
