Inspired by Vancouver's Laneway Houses, and named for the traditional mountain shelters of Scotland, the Bothy is the flagship of our Small Home Series designs. The Bothy is framed with solid sawn timber using traditional mortise and tenon joinery.
The Bothy is designed for solar, and is well suited for "off grid" scenarios.
With 509 sq. ft. of living space, and 90 sq. ft. of storage, the Bothy still has plenty of room for solar batterys, hot water tank, and even a washer/dryer combination in it's utility room.
