The owners were very passionate about restoring this traditional Cape Cod house to fit into the existing landscape and feel of Bronte Village. It was finished with contemporary and modern finishes giving it a new look, while still keeping its traditional feel. The large 200-foot deep lot backyard was recreating into an intimate backyard oasis, including a kidney shape pooled surrounded by armour stone and custom cabana designed to replicate the main house.
