This house needed to have custom counter-flashing metal ordered for it's chimney. The custom counter-flashing ensures that there is a nice tight seal around the chimney to prevent leaks. Chimneys are often a leak trouble zone. Mandrill Construction's motto is "Do it correct the first time!" :)
