This 1920's Cottage in College Park of Orlando had 2 very dated bathrooms. The 2 bathrooms had a wall that broke up the 3 original 1920's windows that flanked the east facing wall. The floor plan of these bathrooms hadn't been touched since the 1950's, with original plaster walls we were careful to preserve the historic features that we could, while updating these spaces into this century.

Reworking both bathroom footprints, we created a Jack and Jill bath with an incredible porcelain wall and a spacious powder room that guests can utilize.
