The Cove is a multi-family development consisting of 54 townhomes, each around 5400sq/ft. Typically, we get to know our clients very well and work hard to incorporate their vision and personality into their home. However, since we had no idea who would be buying each townhome we had to figure out a way to make each one stand out in its own way. We embraced the challenged and enjoyed the opportunity to be creative and make each townhome appealing in its own way.
