This home was inspired by a common shape of many older homes in this area, but was designed to meet the needs of a busy family. A little bit farmhouse, a little bit colonial, a little bit it's own. The rockwork was done with rocks gathered on site and from other local sources. It was laid by the homeowners. This house doesn't fit strictly to any one style, but if we had to give it a name, we'd call it "Updated Colonial Farmhouse".
