This Denver home had a rotting and failing front porch: we braced the entire second floor of the house, and then removed everything from the posts down. We then re-poured a new foundation and re-framed the porch. We installed new vertical grain t&g fir on the porch deck. Stained and finished using a deck seal made for boats. We re-paired and painted all posts and soffit and fascia areas.
