Orange Home Builders completed a full exterior renovation and design package for the client’s home, led by Project Manager Haim. The scope of work included:

•Design services and 3D renderings to help the homeowners visualize the new exterior layout and finishes before construction

•Construction of a new roofed patio cover

•Installation of new concrete and tile throughout both
the front yard and back yard

•Installation of new turf in the backyard

•Stucco repair and re-stuccoing for selected exterior
areas of the home

•Installation of outdoor lighting for added beauty,
safety, and nighttime functionality

•Full permit management, including coordination of
city permits and inspections

•HOA coordination, including design revisions and plan
updates required by the association
