We embarked on the space planning and interior the design of an oceanfront penthouse when it was in a raw concrete stage. Our initial challenge was to create beautiful interior architecture to camouflage the necessary structural columns. The detail we created defined the cohesiveness of the space. Ebony stained woodwork complimented the 48" white marble tiles and three dimensional limestone fireplace wall. Custom designed lighting and furnishings provided an elegant, contemporary space filled with interesting features. Many imported accent pieces were chosen to create the interesting collection of fine furnishings.

A conscious decision was made not to compete with a magnificent and uninterrupted view of the Atlantic Ocean. A palette of silver, grey and pearl white was chosen for the walls, custom silk rugs, and upholstery to compliment the extensive art collection. Glimmers of polished nickel , stainless steel, and selenite were incorporated into the custom lighting fixtures. The finest vendors were sought out to create ultimate design for our client's vacation retreat.
