This project was the one that just kept giving. We started with a window crank replacement and ended up digging out the foundation and completing all the work necessary to get the house back to its original state. A previous contractor had brought the exterior grade two feet above the foundation wall in some areas. The house was plagued with high moisture content in the finished basement, rot in all the exterior walls and rotten windows. The window manufacturer is no longer in business so we had to rebuild all the wood aspects of the windows that were affected to maintain consistency throughout. We also had to redo the master bath shower due to a leaky mud pan.
