An old warehouse in the heart of Minneapolis's North Loop district was repurposed into apartments with plenty of amenities, including a custom two-lane bowling alley. The industrial style room has exposed piping, ductwork, and bricks next to concrete columns and flooring. A custom neon sign "Strikes & Gutters" adorns the curtain wall at the end of the bowling lane.
