The client came to us asking to remove a wall between their existing kitchen and dining room to unify the rooms and give a more open feeling to their main floor living space. That, along with installing the same wood floor that was in the adjoining rooms and staining it darker for a more modern feel, created a spacious new design with a generous island and seating for four.
