For the Marginata Project in Scripps Ranch, we designed and built a fully custom feature wall that instantly draws your attention and defines the space.

The fireplace wall showcases a floating hearth wrapped in oversized porcelain slabs, delivering a sleek, high-end finish. A linear electric fireplace sits just below a large-format tile backdrop that frames the wall-mounted TV. Floating wood shelves, integrated lighting, and dark vertical slats add depth, contrast, and architectural.
On the adjacent wall, we extended the vertical slat concept and added recessed LED light strips. This accent wall acts as a bold yet minimal design feature, bringing warmth and style to what would otherwise be an overlooked hallway.

From the floor-to-ceiling finishes to the soft ambient lighting, every element in this space was carefully selected to create a modern, comfortable environment—refined and timeless.
