The Newport Home had a number of roofing and siding issues that required repair and replacing damaged areas. Often times we don't know and won't know the extent of roof damage until we peel off the old roofing material.

In this particular case the damage was extensive, however all of it was easy to repair and replace with new material that made the roof more stable and solid. The improvements gave the outside of the home a more charming look improving its real estate value.
