For this Toll Brothers Frankfort home in the Geddes Vista community, we guided our clients through the new-construction design process from initial finish selections through Design Day and beyond. Our goal was to help them create a cohesive, personalized home while making confident decisions within the builder’s available options.

Using detailed 3D renderings, we helped the homeowners visualize how cabinetry, flooring, countertops, tile, lighting, and other finishes would work together before selections were finalized. As the design evolved, we refined choices, prepared for and attended Design Day, and made adjustments afterward so the clients could move forward feeling confident in the overall direction.

We are also developing post-build customization concepts—including architectural details, built-ins, specialty tile, paint, wallpaper, and other finishing touches—to help transform their production-built home into a space that feels thoughtfully designed, highly personal, and distinctly their own.
