Conceived to readily provide aesthetic refinement to bookcases, shelving, alcoves and other “troublesome” areas that have been traditionally difficult for architects, interior designers, builders and remodelers to decorate and fabricate, Outwater’s ORAC DECOR® Library Façade System can be used in a wide variety of applications.
Comprising symmetrical left and right side semi-arches that can be easily cut and joined on site to form full arches with radius openings from 25-3/16” to 47-1/4”, complementary integral trims and corresponding architectural elements can be interchanged and utilized in various combinations as desired within Outwater’s ORAC DECOR® Library Façade System to create a truly customized installation.
Produced of high-density polyurethane in exclusive, “double rigid metal molds” to ensure sharp details and extremely consistent quality, the components within Outwater’s ORAC DECOR® Library Façade System are lightweight, strong and easy to install, using the same tools as wood.
Primed and ready for painting, glazing or faux finishing, the deep relief designs of Outwater’s ORAC DECOR® Library Façade System convey a physical and visual texture unlike any other decorative accoutrements available, which allow for and will endure years of repeated refinishing if necessary.
Unlike mouldings & millwork manufactured from other media, which are subject to numerous characteristic adversities such as rot, warping and mineral streaking, Outwater’s ORAC DECOR® Library Façade System is impervious to unfavorable climates, and because of its dimensional stability, will not alter over time.
Unaffected by moisture, insects, UV and most common solvents, Outwater’s ORAC DECOR® Library Façade System can be used in settings that might not have been possible with other kinds of architectural mouldings and millwork.
