The Patterson Inn

The Patterson was originally built in 1892 as a single family home in Denver, Colorado. The Chateauesque-styled mansion was built of huge orange sandstones that were milled in Manitou Springs, Colorado. The 13,000 sq. ft. house has been converted into a 9 suite bed and breakfast with innkeepers quarters, a pub, and a chef’s kitchen. The intricate woodwork throughout the house has been repaired and protected. An elevator was added for easier transition between the house’s 4 levels.
