The Phillips Project

This large sunroom addition made perfect use of a tight space on the owner's lot. Adding space off the kitchen without losing the side entrance which is now off the rear of the sunroom towards the garage. The driveway remained as is and the homeowner gained privacy at the garage/driveway area.
