Standing on 2 1/2 acres in Lakeside, Michigan, The Rabbitry is part of the original Harold Swift estate. The original home was razed and the current home was completed in 2015. The new landscape incorporates elements of the original home and reflects the property's heritage. The design draws from the dramatic differences between the front and back yards, emphasizing the sunny open plain in front, and deep wooded ravine in back. Integrated the two disparate environments, and blending with the properties on either side, was an intriguing opportunity for Rosborough Partners.
