The Ramat Gan Apartment
This project continued for several years.
A contractor’s apartment in one of the most promising towers whose construction has been followed (Inbal Or) … A well-known story.In contrast to everything at the end it happened. Here I accompanied the project from the “diapers”: from a dramatic structural change and expansion of rooms, design and design of kitchen and all closets to the smallest accessory at the end. And here is the result :)!
Some information about the project:
* Apartment with area: 150 sqm + balcony located in Ramat Gan on the 23rd floor
* The apartment is intended for family residences, parents and 2 children (who became pilots during the project)
* Floorings and ceramics – some were standard from the contractor, some were upgraded
* The contractor kitchen was immediately canceled and I preferred to hand over all the carpentry work to a private carpenter. We wanted something unique and not to choose from the dice that the kitchen companies have to offer.
*Among the details of the special carpentry I designed were kitchen and window monitors throughout the house, a library, a TV buffet, closets and doors up to the ceiling in the parents’ room, a bed, all the closets and storage cabinets in the house.
* The furniture orders were made from China, which made it possible to get a luxurious look at reasonable prices and a bit of perfection in Tollmans surplus
* The lighting was partly purchased from China, partly from the dawn beams at Kibbutz Galuyot, Tel Aviv
* Accessories – also from China
* Garden Furniture – China * Photo printing – I did in China
* Vegetation – Zevulun came to the garden – Zvulun Balagan
* Photography – Simsisters Photography & Styling.
The so-called Scandinavian house design is simple and elegant.
