The Renew Collection is Deltec's line of pre-designed net-zero homes. There are 9 models and we strive to add 3 more each year. Each home is designed to reduce energy consumption by 2/3 in comparison to an average home. The remaining 1/3 can be powered with renewable energy, making yearly energy use net-zero.
